Stay Compliant to sell John Hancock LTC Insurance Policies

This website is your one-stop resource for tracking and staying compliant with the mandatory long-term care (LTC) insurance training requirements in your state.

The online and classroom training is offered by our exclusive CE provider, LTC Connection. Please note: John Hancock subsidizes the price of the mandatory training and will only accept mandatory training courses from LTC Connection, or courses that have been approved by Clear Cert.

State regulations require that unless appropriately licensed, appointed (where required), and having completed the necessary initial and ongoing training requirements (where required), insurance producers must not attempt to solicit, negotiate or sell long-term care insurance. Requirements vary by state.

National Partnership Resource and Training Guide
The John Hancock National Partnership Resource and Training Guide (LTC 3251) is a resource that tracks all of the above, as well as the DRA Partnership program status and John Hancock Partnership product approval in each state.

Submission of Partnership Certificate of Completion

If you take the required training online through the John Hancock Partnership Training Resource Center, a copy of your Certificate of Completion will automatically be sent to John Hancock's LTC Licensing Department.

If you take your training anywhere else you will need to submit a copy of your Certificate of Completion to John Hancock LTC Licensing using one of the following methods:

You are responsible for submitting your Certificate of Completion to any other carriers that you do business with.
